Minimal assembly required. Assemble on a soft surface to avoid scratches, and remove all protective fillings before use.

Care

Clean racks, supports, water bowl, and drip pan with mild soap; rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe other surfaces with a damp cloth and dry well. Wiping the door seal after each use helps it last longer. To keep it looking like new, avoid scratches. For best results, store with a smoker cover (sold separately) when not in use.
